Comfortable clean accommodation, very generous breakfast, polite, caring and helpful staff. Even though the hotel was full to capacity all the services were excellent. The private beach is a huge bonus and the location of the hotel is the best there is.

Location was excellent, israeli breakfast was good.
The sliding door to the balcony did not lock, moved to another room. Actually liked the first room with the balcony better. It was a mini villa but it is not very welcoming in terms of decorations. Pricing as we checked out was different. Still need to confirm what we were actually charged.

What a great weekend! The view was breathtaking, we could see the beautiful sea right from our room. The breakfast spread was fantastic, with a variety of Israeli dishes that were simply delicious. The pools and playground were perfect for our kids, who had a blast. We also enjoyed taking a leisurely stroll around the gardens, which were immaculate.
The couch in our apartment was not very comfortable and could use an update. the hot water in the shower would often fluctuate in temperature and was inconvenient.

We chose a hotel located on the peaceful shores of the Sea of Galilee. the well-kept gardens were a nice touch and the location to the lake was perfect. the room was adequate but the bathroom seemed dated and could use an update. We were impressed with the restaurant which served great food. the staff was friendly and attentive, even offering advice on tours.
The prices were a bit overpriced compared to other accommodations available in the area.
